Welcome to The FOA Memorial Foundation

The FOA Memorial Foundation is founded to honour the legacy of our late mother, Mrs. Florence Olufunmilayo Adebiyi. (1954 – 2013). She was a great entrepreneur and unique caterer. Her successful catering business, IPESE OLUWA FOOD CENTRE was located at the Railway Complex Magazine Road, Alesinloye, Ibadan, Oyo State. She engaged in both indoor and outdoor catering.
